Overtraining is leading to hip surgery for teens

An interesting article today in the Independent about problems associated with teenage soccer, rugby and GAA players overtraining. Patrick Carton, a leading orthopaedic surgeon at the Whitfield Clinic in Waterford, recommends training one hour, four times a week as a maximum. You can read the full article here
