Home Video Exercise Programmes provided by DBC Naas Physio

Our rehabilitation packages include exercise programmes. This allows you to continue your rehabilitation at home. These exercises are specifically designed for each individual and injuries are rehabilitated from beginner to advanced. You are under careful supervision of a Chartered Physiotherapist in our fully equipped gymnasium, and are carefully monitored so you can feel safe and secure in gaining fitness to return to work, normal activities and your level of sport. We cater for all, amateur athletes up to Olympic level.

As part of your exercise programme, home exercises are vital to help your posture, improve the mobility of your spine and joints, and stabilise and strengthen the muscles that support your bones.

To assist you with your exercise programme we use a descriptive video package to provide you with videos that explain and demonstrate your exercises and your videos are accompanied by exact numbers of repetitions, sets and how often to complete your exercises.
